The production promises may yet come true (all the way up to 300,000 oz/annum) - it's just that the original time frames were definitely too short.
But let's look at all the broken promises until this point ...
We were also promised a Warrior Plan with a maximum production rate of 40,000 oz/annum .. now we have to put up with a revised 100,000 oz/annum plan.
We can count that too as a broken promise.
