I've been lining up a bunch of underperformers set for the axe.
just need the crystal ball and the CGT juggling act to balance whether I sell mgt heads to convert. shouldn't be too difficult as i bought my oppies in december, so i'd have to pay cgt if i traded.

I'd prefer to exercise, but let's see where we sit in sept/early oct. i have a feeling we will be ok.
if heads are trading at 10c, i'll definitely cull underperformers. i only have a few hundred thousand oppies, so it's not like i'm trying to convert 10 million or anything.
