You are 100% correct

I am VERY happy with that outcome. The board has done well to support a LTH with a large holding and issue then a fair amount of shares rather than the smaller holder ( sometimes zombie holdings) created only to participate in a cr to buy larger holding at spp rate and then to dump the lot on the coming pump after the spp restriction lifts.

It is a day traders dream to make wealth that quick.

As the spp was increased due to the demand from holders the allocation was distributed accordingly
and rather than sticking with a 3mill spp QPM managed to gather another 2mill or so ontop of that.

If you hadnt realised QPM is a company that we are all owners of. Traders lose the fact that we need to do whats best for the company (in this case raise more money due to over demand) and not think so selfishly as to - you owned so many shares and didnt get my allocation that was applied for over that amount that you currently own.
Dry your eyes and be prepared next time theres a spp bud.
