Despite what people on this forum will say, yes you are entitled to the extra shares (rights).
I found this out through contacting Dave Skinner (I think).
This was after several useless phone calls to Rio Tinto's investor line, my broker, and Computershare. All this to have a simple yes or no question answered!
Let's just say that it took two emails for Dave to properly answer my question and I'm still only 99% sure.
