Yes, regret not having bought at 14c a few weeks ago.
The annual report is out today.
No 1 shareholder has 90% of shares. If you held one million shares you would be in the top ten.
Hence I can only conclude that the only sellers for the couple of hundered thousand shares that go through each day must be one of the top ten.
And yes, it certainly looks like someone is very keen to accumulate.
Very strange trading behaviour in this one.
