I just happened to re-read your post (to which I've replied here)

..and noticed this:

In the details of the transaction I read this:

"The Company pays Vista Gold no cash upfront and will pay three equal payments of US$1M, the first once commercial production has commenced at the Project and then on the first and second anniversaries of this occurrence."

SO...Three million..Not 5, and that over three payments.

At risk of laboring a point: Where do you get your information, because you are just not credible when you make these blatantly incorrect statements.

And yet you give the impression you have read Everything on Everything about RAU:)

I don't get it...
