Fortitude will disappear with enormous debt IMO, and in later years appear again in different entities after being sold off IMO after the dust settles. CVI will go into v/a. From what I can see, very simplistically, without Fortitude's debt, CVI is not an ongoing concern. They spent $688k on admin in the first quarter of 2009.
