Look's like its being capped and people are accumulating... Playing devils advocate why push it if you want a boat load?
You fill the boat first when your loads full then push it?
Im speculating that's how the big boys work & it could be potentially what's going on here... I could be wrong... Will be interesting to see where this is @ by the end of the week.
