Looks like you might have to get your facts straight on the deal.

Option Agreement Signed August last year and then extended by NKP in Feb this year. Deal Done! No shareholder approvals pending.

NKP just have to come good on the capital - nothing else to it.

As for IGC shareholders not being to happy about it - I seem to remember them being pretty happy about in the middle of last year.
