optima has positive ebida, but bid doesnt.
optima has solid client base, live with its means given its private money.
one main reason i think share price dropped was because everyone has been focusing the expected revenue for too long and never see it in the bank...
the automation licence purchasing just doesnt fit well with the image of the business, exposing its high cost base.
the other company SKF also recently acquired a business with questionable metrics, its share price dropped from 23 to 14 in about week.
