To receive the entitlement last chance was to buy shares on 16th June, taking into account T+3 settlement if you bought on 16th June this would still mean that you are on the register for the record date on 22 June. Buyers on the 17th and after will not be on the register in time (ie t+3 = 23 June) and therefore from the 17th shares are ex entitlement (ie they are split from the share into RIOR:AU) hence the dump in share price
