There are lots of drugs for ovarian cancer on the market.
You need to research what you are investing in. If you go 4 up on your HC post there is information on NRT's phase III ovarian trial.
A warning, Phase III trials take years to reach a meaningful survival figure which is now what the FDA wants. Dendreon has a similar drug to PRR for prostate cancer and their Phase III trail went for 5 years.
NRT's Phase III ovarian trial went for 2 1/2 years before they gave up trying to recruit the 340 patients required by the FDA.
With respect to new drugs for ovarian cancer there are hundred of trials going on. Look up http://www.clinicaltrials.gov
