I recall Boardroom WPGs registry issued the Declaration by Liquidators dated 25 June 2020

It states:
On 25 June 2020, creditors resolved to terminate the Deed of Company Arrangement and the Companyentered into Liquidation on the same day.In accordance with section 104-145 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 (Cth), the Liquidators ofthe Company declare that there are reasonable grounds to believe that there is no likelihood thatshareholders of the Company, of any class, will receive a distribution in the course of the winding up.Dated this 25th day of June 2020
