I'm genuinely interested to know how did they come up with the stockpiles that expires in less than 2 months time.
Can't be misplaced in the storeroom corner all these while ?
IMHO those stocks must be supplied from somewhere or someone that looking to offload / dump ?
AFAIK Rochedale is full of affluent taiwanese and chinese, with the housing there more than doubled / tripled these few years.
