Predict US lithium player will acquire a stake in the project (25%), fund exploration and do offtake at set price for the future. Maybe also acquire stake in ADV directly. In this way, ADV retains value/upside and eliminates funding. I suspect the SP would react favourably subject to who the partner is. American Lithium Corp? Peidmont?
