I actually don’t know if there is some sort of fluoro orange placebo you could use - I guess you could inject the real Orange Crush
More seriously, the side effects of chemo are pretty obvious and every patient and doctor is going to be able to tell if the patient got Bisantrene or some fluoro orange placebo. Some treatments just can’t be blinded, ethically or practically.
