Hence the resigning of personnel within a company that had not performed is a good thing. Also the purging of some key personnel is needed to ensure that the leaks that had being going on is stopped. There is enough time for LJ to know who can perform and who are not performing after more than 1 year at the helm. Time to get rid of the dead woods and hopefully the new blood will rejuvenate the company.

I had to agree with @mistie that the BoD in not updating the shareholders had been "professionally and morally questionable". It is also time for them to meet the expectation of the shareholders. Hopefully Eduard E. can act as the catalyst on the change in approach. Otherwise, they should walk as well.
