ADR shareholder here. You're now trading 32% below VWAP, making the bid worth 1.57c to Adherium shareholders. We currently trade at 1.9c.
In any event, we raised $18m plus $3.5m debt to equity conversion, mainly from our top 5 shareholders who own 70% of our equity. Why would we give that money to you ?
Your directors have just torched a few hundred grand on a total long shot. A few phone calls would have saved the cost and bother.
