Unless the company goes bust, I guess you're technically right. They can either continue to pay the dividend in perpetuity or buy back at some tim.
I can see a short/medium term short thesis here though. Semiconductor shortage leads to lower sales - at 30x earnings that could cause some pain.
Experience tells me that betting against DDR hurts, but it's no guarantee.
