Have you seen the website for "Melbourne Specialist Imaging"?, hardly makes you want to jump around with excitement and some of the english used makes me think Mark Scott may not be as Australian as his name suggests.
Anyway, I havn't seen the numbers, but some chance the acquisition is cashflow positive from the start!!!. If so that will be a great base to press ahead with intelliheart etc.
