This monster was 2 - 3cm in size so hopefully that doesn't increase the chances of it having spread. The urologist did mention to me that once you've had a tumour in your bladder, there is a high probability that it will return.
If I get good news and it means that I also need to have that cystoscopy on an ongoing basis, I will thank my lucky stars - a VERY small price to pay to ensure that any new tumours are removed in the early stages.
I'm feeling that discomfort right now when I pee, but again, very small price to pay considering the possible alternatives if you decide to go untreated...
(PS. SOOOO glad the insertion of the tube into the nether regions is done while you're out of it)
