I'm pretty positive about the new "off the shelf" software solution also. I was concerned that with the huge growth potential of USS they may look to divest or divert funds from the core business being AD1 employment platform.
The larger employment provider contracts are hard to steal away from the incumbent, so they have thought outside the box a little here and are attacking another path of potential growth.
As a business owner myself, if there is a reasonably priced, easy to use platform that I can attract quality candidates with then I would almost certainly give it a go.
New funding facility also seems to be quite positive, did anyone see the terms or rates charged? I didn't pick them up when reading through? Financial backing though validates our growth strategy and confidence in managements ability to deliver.
Plenty more to come here IMO and I like a few others am ready to buy aggressively any dips
