I have been saying for a cpl of weeks now - the Thorny buying on market was sus & led me to believe there was a pro-rata issue coming, which is now has.

That quote imo is very apt in this case

Management can't keep paying themselves 1m p.a. with this performance - thats 5% of the mkt cap in salary - unacceptably high (for me anyway)

A broker called me yesterday to ask if I wanted to participate in this placement, I actually laughed back & then hung the phone up... True Story
