Bio-tech has been the massive under-performer in the SP500 year to date as well. 12 of the 20 most shorted stocks in the US are in bio-tech. Healthcare has under-performed generally YTD.
Unlike others, I am confident of OCC getting a J&J partnership and cited a six-fold rise in a US based stem-cell company (cancer) it partnered with last year...if it comes through (hopefully in 3Q 21) you will see some decent media coverage. Even the amateur hacks at AFR might pick it up.
