It's been on my mind to post a comment about how unnecessary the cap raising is at current prices for the last day... but chewing it over it says to me:
- IOF want to be positioned as a traditional CONSERVATIVE areit
- the looming revaluations must be out of range for even the most conservative investor. Expect a ST shock.
- ING Real Estate are the least transparent, most institutionalised managers in the market
Despite this I believe - post raising:
-IOF is back to appealing to mum and dad income investors
- THe price butchering for this stock is over
- Hence the SP upside for growth investors is now finished, and its mostly back to an income play
