Contrary to earlier discussion I think that Resolution 3 deserves a YES vote.
There is only upside from this, and I'm convinced that Grange management are doing their utmost to make the company as profitable as possible.
I've held off from voting so far to see what the result would be, I will be voting YES.
In relation to the voting
"As new listing rules in place since last year, AGM resolutions will be pass by poll now. So any one can put in vote at the time of the AGM, we will give 5 minutes after the AGM to complete all the voting."
