With the Paris Creek Farms business now on a solid footing, the Company is conducting a strategic review of the business in an effort to unlock greater shareholder value.
Beston Global Foods divested it's share of B.d Farms Paris Creek due to 'misalignment' with core business. I wonder if the real reason was their struggle with return on invested capital. Perhaps this quote from the announcement really means, its on the chopping block?
