I hope you are right when you say:
"the signing is not as important as some think".
However, i tend to disagree and the market probably does as well. The signing is the company making contract which would clearly show the market that UNI has cutting edge technology. Only then will we see the SP rocket. Without the signature, all we have is a few bucks in the bank. That said, i hope like hell we get that signature.
