If the lab doesn't have an issue with prioritising it, management should pay extra or cover the cost of getting it processed faster. I think the anticipation will keep the share price afloat to a certain point, but the market may lose a bit of patience if it drags on. Hoping for a turn around of couple of weeks instead of the usual.
