China needs our IO. But other countries will take it and increase output if China wants to shoot itself in the foot and block imports. I'm talking Japan, Korea and India. The other major source of IO is Vale and they are in dissaray. China's African ambitions re: IO are but a pipe dream. They are dependent and know it.
