According to the CR presentation dated 01/04/21, Milan was expecting the Tranche (2) funding to be finalised within 50 days...so sometime before the 21/05/21 (assuming the mandatory approvals process has been progressing well over the past 35 days)....
Maybe Mercuria is waiting to see the degree of shareholder participation in the latest CR before making a decision 'Yea' or 'Nay'.
