Sorry I know I am gone but I dip back in from time to time to see you guys stirring each other.

I agree JP. I left because of pending financing.

I know we have all seen those charts showing the investment sweet spots. The one I refer to is the one argonaut has in its best undeveloped projects report from Dec 2020. You can find it on SVY site if not elsewhere.

In brief either find a good explorer and ride it till it finds, or wait till after financing and then ride to production. Otherwise you are just butressing the development process, making the Board and executives rich and losing the opportunity to invest elsewhere.

Now of course development can occur in tandem with further exploration and if you reflect on it the vast majority of shareholders in developing miners are actually waiting for that. Their at times crazy optimism is most often about finding more oz with a hint of "we'll be producing soon". Can happen but it's just as much a lottery as that first find so might as well identify a good explorer with no resource yet and the gains will be bigger.

Anyway not intending to be negative just enjoy the banter about such things....
