You need to redeem or sell your option prior to the expiry date. Don't let it expire or you get $0.
essentially, your paying for the right to purchase shares at $13 at any point prior to September 2022. The options are trading at ~$3 which would mean that people believe the price of PBH will exceed $16 next year (being the $13 to call & $3 premium price paid for the option).
you can call your option by contacting the share registry for the form I believe.
