I wonder how Mooncorp feels that they were issued shares for $1 by TZ's former directors and now those same directors are selling to push the sp below the issue price.
Mr Mooncorp, there is a solution though. All you have to do is cry 'foul' and work with the current board about having your placement cancelled.
Sometimes, high school friends should remain as just that!
