It was actually @dossantd himself who stated this morning that:

"One thing I will share, I asked about the second Tin OT and PLS and the reason they are not within the Operations update. Ben said they were not in the report as there is no need to proceed with the OT's even though we could do it today as we have satisfied the financiers with the existing OT's. The Tin and PLS OT's are going to be kept up the sleeve for future opportunities, partnerships, etc. This is great future leverage!"

Nothing whatsoever to do with me other than the fact that I thought is was amateurish on the part of the company to disclose information in this way.
