FYI:
I have been involved with the Save Ventracor shareholders group since the beginning and have asked them for an answer to these questions. I am waiting for a reply but realise that they are quite busy which is why I posted this here as well.

i think I now know the answers after reading the DOCA posted today on the FH website: the USA, European etc arms are all subsiduaries of VCR and hence are included in the DoCA. Hoefully the patients are being looked after while all of this is going on.

I am still hopeful that the company will be returned to its rightful place-the long time and loyal Australian shareholders who have provided the backbone financial support to the company over its many years of developing the Ventrassist products.

BTW: YES, I HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE FIGHTING FUND
