Might depend on where the money came from to pay for it.
I suggest we don't get too excited about the prospects of claw-back. I've seen cases where people with high-flying lifestyles and apparently millions in assets in fact had negative real net worth. Apart perhaps from money stashed in secret offshore accounts.
