Totally agree. Looking at Brickworks V SOL much better value IMO in the former. The landbank is a money machine.
As an aside sold my position in SOL yesterday for a healthy gain and slammed it all into APX. If all goes to plan will reverse the trade in 12 months or so and get back into Brickworks. If anyone has the time a few weeks ago on the Equity Mates Podcast Lindsay Partridge was interviewed and it makes for great listening..... The man is all quality.
