Not sure how RZI is going to Raiz (pun) $3m at $1.50 a share when the SP is well below that. They need to either lower the SPP figure or find institutional/sophisticated investors to jump onboard. Regardless the price they're asking for is not a feasible investment for anyone wanting to invest when you can just buy the shares on market at its current price.
I am hoping to see either the company or institutions buy up all the sell orders to put the price above $1.50 to make this more feasible for the retail investors.
