My point with you is that you posted on twitter 50% debt calculations where clearly the Managing Director Nigel Ferguson have stated they expect to get 80% debt funding form DFI's.....so the 50% is smear and false on your part.

    Here is what Nigel stated:

80% at 2:44 in the Bulls and Bears interview.

The sell off has nothing to do with quarters left of funding that you state emphatically as gospel....So why do you say that? To deliberately scare holders? It is all about timelines being delayed. BTW it was low volume retail selling, where the SP can easily drop, so even less of a concern. No major shareholders are selling!

The SEZ is the key here. There was a delay due to unavoidable circumstances with covid delays and the change of government etc.

The SEZ aids the industrialisation of Manono to develop AVZ's lithium project and in particular the development of the lithium industry in the DRC.

It is necessary to secure tax, duty and royalty exemptions, a probable VAT exemption, a multiyear tax holiday, with a further increase in AVZ's stake which would all then go into an upgraded DFS which was already stellar(economically viable) when it came out last year. Add the huge increases in spodumene, tin prices and a resource upgrade from the high grade wedge drilling, improved transport routes and means and financiers/funders will have a clear statement so they then execute their funding. The upgraded DFS will no doubt increase the companies bottom line substantially, e.g. NPV and IRR and shortened payback period which will in turn be a big carrot to financiers to press the go button.

As for comparing companies it is important because not all lithium deposits are equal, meaning many will not make it to mine on the fact of the deposit quality alone, and therefore why it is important to compare.

    AVZ:

    - largest high grade hard rock deposit in the world at 400 Mt @ 1.66% Li2O, with an exploration target of 1.5 billion tonnes that Managing Director Nigel Ferguson says is easily achievable.

    - second in grade to global leader Greenbushes

    - at and close to the surface

    -lowest strip ratio(cheap to mine)

    -
homogenous and not veiny-important because this means consistent ore feed which is cheaper and more efficient

    -
has high recoveries without expensive beneficiation which is again cheap and efficient-a convertors dream.

-because of its size and being at the lowest end of the cost curve will disrupt the market with economy of scale servicing future lithium demand.(shortage) In short there has not been the the exploration, discovery and development of lithium mines because of the depressed lithium market in preceding years and the current players are not up to standard in quality or size to meet the upcoming demand.

    -
already huge offtakes with 3 major lithium companies including Yibin Tianyi who plans to be one of the largest hydroxide producers that supplies CATL, the world's biggest lithium-ion battery maker, Ganfeng, China's largest lithium compound producer, and Chengxin, a leading global battery materials producer for our spodumene SC6 lithium product, offtake for our tin(more to come), and currently waiting offtakes for our value added primary lithium sulphate product where we are seeking traditional as well as non-traditional markets-Europe?....also a JV hydroxide venture has been mooted.

    FFX:

I will quote a twitter member, Oil & Gas, because I could not have put it better regarding his assessment of FFX's lithium. He wrote on May 6th, I quote:

'The only mud is $FFX can only manage 77% recovery after milling and flotation(expensive and inefficient) of a 2 human hairs width SC6(add moisture issues), and only just scrapes over 6%... Fe too high for such a grind size, no where near tech grade spec SC #lithium
How did Scoping study go? Still hiding Hatch plant scoping?'

So your lithium is not economical or practical for battery grade

    And of course no offtakes.
