Interesting to note that AQR (service stations & convenience stores) had a portfolio valuation upgrade of 4.1% on Monday.
Not saying comparable to VCX but shows that retail isn't dead but growing in certain sectors.
VCX is probably the last to get a turnaround in portfolio valuations due to the VIC exposure but having seen the recoveries in WA & SA it's only a matter of time.
Expect some retail friendly announcements in the budget next week.
