At this stage I think cancelling the nasdaq listing would actually be beneficial to the business as it is obviously distracting Vlado from building out the platform and generating revenue. Who care about a nasdaq listing if you have earnings that is teh crux of teh matter. I think he was using the nasdaq listing as a way to raise a lot more money and now it is more a negative than a positive with the state of the market
