I am new to the register, building up a small parcel over the last week. Couple things attracted me to CR1 - small SOI, small MC, land position in and between GAL and LEG, some cash on hand (i.e. probably no CR in the near future).
I do not intend to trade this, and even though I bought in on average in the low 30's, I am prepared to see a loss for a while until things pick up.
Question to the group - what do you see as the positives and the negatives about CR1?
