    Two more reasons why I think a div will be paid:
    1) No div was paid in Dec.
    2) CNP will lean on CER for some income (including the CNP bank lenders who currently have 12% of CNP)ie,CER might be used as a cash cow for the benefit of CNP.

    Either way I don't mind. I'm holding beyond this year.
