Wasn't there just the threat of a class action lawsuit a few weeks ago which was prominently discussed in the AFR? Or did I just dream that?
Precisely the same legal disclaimer has accompanied every announcement MSB has made over the last year...but that hasn't stopped the lawyers from threatening (admittedly meritless) lawsuits...the news of which has been used by the media (hey, Mr. Richardson!) to further bash MSB. Anything SI says that is later proven to have been inaccurate, or which could be arguably demonstrated to be overstating, puffing, misleading, etc., will be clutched upon by the likes of the AFR and class action lawyers to further drive down the share price (even if no lawsuit ever eventuates).
At this point, if SI is NOT choosing his public words very, very carefully (to avoid ANY allegations of being misleading, whether meritless or not), he is NOT being well advised by MSB's own lawyers and advisors.
