Well I just bought my SPP shares. Was having lunch with a mate who is also an EXR holder and was not going to take up his allocation. When I pointed out the shares are trading at 40c and that's an immediate 11.11% appreciation he had a change of heart. Where else are you going to get that return over lunch?
