I'm still trying to work out who put together this spp. It is one of the biggest bodgie jobs I have seen.
There are surely better ways of raising $7.5m than stringing shareholders along and then maybe allocating part of what they apply for. This whole spp has developed into a bit of a shambles particularly when you can almost get the shares on market for the same price.
