Just doing a little lay research on triggers for Tourette's syndrome. That is, what stimulates compulsive, involuntary abuse that the patient cannot contain. A symptom like verbal diarrhoea, if you will. (And as an aside, we're lucky enough to have some of the inmates of the Dementia Ward of the Sunnyvale Retirement Home for the Criminally Infirm with us. A big hello.)
