The announcements in the last couple of weeks and especially yesterday should make it easy for you to make up your mind.

What do you think "ongoing commercial
involvement" means? Could this be an ongoing royalty from production at Irvine?

At say 50 million tonnes, market cap is still low at around 90 million, a royalty at 2 dollar per tonne could easily exceed the market cap, what if it is 4 dollars?

Then there is the "deal" price, what would it be worth?? I do not know but I can tell you this, "it will be a lot more than the current market cap"

Do not let your emotions get in the way, emotions should have no part in your investment choices.
