Sennheiser had a close working relationship with William Dermant and are manufacturing test equipment for hearing. They also have a line of assistive listening techniques. So let us see how this evolves. What my thoughts are is that NUH might need to lift their game? Sennheiser was one of the first companies that developed ANC headsets and were much better quality than BOSE. So they have substantial knowledge in that space. It is a 76-year-old company with R&D in 4 centres. So NUH will fall short. My thoughts have been for some time that they need to dig deeper, and we guys on HotCopper needs to dig deeper. I cannot say what NUH should be worth but it is not 450M$ unless they develop something really outstanding. That is not where they are at current time they have some good ideas but they are mainly integrators.
